The Operations Group is responsible for providing technical expertise, support and advice to all field managers in the areas of parks planning and development, capital budget administration, real estate issues including land acquisition, capital plan review and construction, major renovation projects, division statewide construction projects, lake and river dredging, private lakefront development regulatory coordination, roadway paving and coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers for ten leased parks areas and other related issues.
