The Division leases 10 parks from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Division therefore takes responsibility for developing and managing these areas. These parks are: Alum Creek, Buck Creek, Caesar Creek, Deer Creek, Delaware, Dillon, East Fork, Mosquito, Paint Creek, and West Branch. The Division is allowed to sublease parts of these areas with permission from the Corps of Engineers. The Corps has ultimate jurisdiction over these 10 parks and determines their drawdown and water release schedules.
