The Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS)

impacts the way that all employees conduct business.

The OAKS HCM Upgrade Project is scheduled for go live on January 28, 2013. It will include important new functionality that will impact state employees. The enhanced OAKS HCM system will enable agency HR staff and state employees to:

  • Print formatted online Pay Advices
  • Print formatted online W2 Forms
  • View and print previous Pay Advices with historical balances
  • Manage performance evaluations and histories online
  • Manage personnel action requests online
