	Privacy Statement Copyright Link and Accessibility Policy Common Sense Regulatory Policy Public Records Request Policy Public Records Request The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), in accordance with Ohio Revised Code (ORC) §149.43 and applicable case law, allows prompt inspection of public records during the hours posted below. Upon request, and in accordance with ORC §149.43, ODNR shall make copies of public records available to the requester within a reasonable period of time, at a cost of $.05 per page. Public records shall be made available for inspection by appointment during regular posted business hours. Requests may be made at any time and will be addressed no later than the next business day. There is no fee for viewing, faxing, or emailing records. All records will remain in the possession of ODNR and copies will be made by an ODNR staff member. Please note that records may contain information that must be redacted pursuant to ORC Chapters 149. and 1347.  ODNR will provide reasons for any redaction at the time of the inspection or at the time the copies are provided.
