ELECTRONIC PERMITTING SYSTEM

The Division of Mineral Resources Management has implemented an electronic permitting system (EPS) for submittal of coal mining applications. EPS is currently available for coal operators to apply for coal mining permits. Beginning July 1, 2013, paper applications will no longer be accepted. More>

FORM SUBMITTAL

Effective April 12, 2010, new ARP (Application to Revise a Coal Mining Permit) submittals shall be submitted to the Cambridge office of DMRM, as well as revisions to any application in process.
