Oaks Self Service is Coming
Beginning February 22, 2011 you will have access to more services on the OAKS Employee Self-Service pages. You can now go online to view or update your name, address, phone number, and emergency contact. You can also identify direct deposit accounts, request a reissued W-2 and update your W-4 tax information.
If you have never Logged In: Please contact the Help desk at 614-466-8857 or 1-800-409-1205 and select Option 1. After receiving your information, you should log onto hcm.ohio.gov and familiarize yourself with the ePay statement and check out their My System Profile.
Existing Users: You simply need to log into the system at hcm.ohio.gov
